Synopsis

diet-status [--config diet_config_file] transfer id file

Description

diet-status uses the configuration file diet_config_file defined with the --config option to be able to get information about the file transfer based on the transfer id file. If the --config option is not set, diet-status will use $HOME/.diet/client.cfg. If this file does not exist, the path to the client configuration file could also be defined with the DIET_CLIENT_CONFIG environment variable.

diet-status will get the status of a file transfer based on a transfer id file.

[--config diet_config_file]
Configuration file used by diet-status to be able to get information about the file transfer using the transfer id file. This option can be omitted. In that case we fall back to the default configuration file $HOME/.diet/client.cfg. The configuration file path could also be defined through a environment variable : DIET_CLIENT_CONFIG.
transfer id file
