Here is a small package that let you have "silent frames" in a Beamer document, meaning frames that do not increment the total number of frames (useful when you want to have hidden frames at the end of your talk).

How to use it? just add \usepackage{silentframe} at the begining of your Beamer document, you can now use the frame* environment:
\begin{frame*}
...
\end{frame*}
Here is a script to convert a latex file into a wiki syntax. It's far from being complete, and still a lot of work needs to be done by hand, but at least it prepares most of your LaTeX file to include it into a wiki
