Gwendia language

The Gwendia language is written in XML and validated by the workflow parser if the path to the DTD is provided (using a !DOCTYPE XML entity in the workflow XML file). The Gwendia DTD is included in the DIET distribution in the etc/FWorkflow.dtd file.
