DIET is able to manage transparently job management in collaboration with Batch system. A client can explicitly ask for a sequential, parallel resolution or let DIET decide the best depending on the available resources. In the case of a parallel submission, the number of cores can be chosen by DIET according to the platform status. More details can be found in Chapter 6.
