We plan to structure our project into five workpackages. The first one is dedicated to project management, coordination, license and GDPR management, and general dissemination. The four other workpackages have been defined with respect to the three key challenges identified :

• The first key challenge consists in identifying the modeling requirements for the SkyData project;
• The second challenge aims at developing the algorithmic support of the concepts;
• Our third key challenge will be to validate the paradigm with a proof of concept.

Workpackages:

• SkyData Definition and Design. In this workpackage, we will study the requirement for data and service specification. We plan to establish the modeling foundations for Self-Managed Data. This workpackage also include the definition of the semantics required for the design of distributed algorithms in WP2.
• Algorithmic Foundation of SkyData. This workpackage is devoted to provide the algorithmic support of the concept. We plan to revisit distributed and algorithmic problems at the light of Self-Managed Data specific requirements (mainly provided by WP1).
• Architecture and ProtoType. Based on models and algorithmic solutions respectively developed in WP1 and WP2, this workpackage will be in charge of supporting the project new paradigm by providing a Proof of Concept (PoC), including the definition of the prototype design and its development.
• Use Cases. We will study how our paradigm and our algorithms can be tuned and used to deal with a couple of selected scenarios.
