I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratoire de l’Informatique du Parallélisme (ENS Lyon) in the Avalon team.
I am working on extensions of the Comet model (designed during my PhD thesis) and its application on the HPC applications Gysela5D.
I am also co-supervising an internship (Lukas Schmidt) that also work on Comet and the biological application Aevol.
I was previously a PhD student in computer science at the Laboratoire de l’Informatique du Parallélisme (ENS Lyon), in the Avalon team. My PhD thesis is supervised by Christian Perez and Julien Bigot. I am working on high-performance computing (HPC) programming models and runtime systems. I am especially studying the integration of task-based scheduling approaches in component models, targeting HPC applications such as Gysela5D.
